you level and fight others until there is only one person left, if Andarial gets killed, everyone returns to blood moor for FFA duel, where not health pots are allowed. Generally Andarial gets killed around lvl 15-16

we are allowed to kill others as soon as we lvl to 9, but we keep lvling?

yeah, its stupid that everyone should stop at lvl 9. If you lvl fastest you deserve that advantage. So at level 9 you go to town, and hostile everyone. Then continue grinding, or you can choose to actively hunt down other players
