The only reason to use Um is for bvb and for having a specific OW setup against stupid high mana ES sorcs

That sword = almost identical in damage to Oath already, but with more AR, hence its going to better to use Um, as it would be only used for bvb on a barb that I made w/ that sword. And if you use that sword w/ -req's you're gimping yourself a lot unless you have another just like it, because then you destroy your capability to dual weild w/ an oath hlb.

um is superior if you hit the target enough
any bvc will have enough frw to hit a sufficient amount
