my opinion really doesnt matter but people will look to these rules aswell for 2vs2.
you should atleast specify it is banned in 2vs2 since you plan on sticky(ing) it.
just my opinion, isnt worth shit though.

There is active debate re: dont allow prayer skilled, dont allow 2 handed weapon on charger, the % Replenish life allowable. These rules below are 1v1. I left out the lvl 49 rules.

-Poison Length reduction is allowed if it's not swap gear. Going to stash to throw on i.e. death's set to duel a plaguer is bm. Having plr on an item you use normally regardless of poison damage, is fine.
-No Holy bolt (tvt)

Paladin Rules:
-No Cleansing
-No Holy freeze (already listed in General Rules)

Zon Rules:
-No slow missiles. This gets tricky with Peace armor, in most tournaments if Peace procs the duel continues. However, some duelers may choose to null the duel or when it procs, wait and then continue.

Necro Rules (more than any other class):
-Bone prisons are just like HLD, they can be used on teleporting characters only.

after reading ferdias I chose to add a few to east and west general rules. They are easy ones, but they probably need to be stated just because people are morons (like no hacks or nk gs jumping etc.)
