i like the idea of throw swap maybe sum eth rep war javs to charge/throw on swap

well. i dont know why all of u prefer hammer/charge on same switch..
i do prefer 3 hammer 3 conc (+10fcr) scepter with mana/d2m jewels + steelclash on switch 1. and either 3 charge 5 soc war scapter with maxers or cleglaw with maxer + 4 soc crown shield with maxers.
in this way you can reach 75 fcr bp more easily. and you can have better charge dmg..

75 fcr is needed vs stronk zealers if you dont have to sacrafice too much fhr/life etc..

the best setup imo:

1 pc 10 fcr add circ (p skull) // i have : 1 pc ,10 fcr ,high cold dmg,+ "p skull"
1 pc 10 fcr add amu // i have : 1 pc 10 fcr 3 dex 39 life + some resists
stealth
ck boots
bloodfist
2* 10 fcr / ar / mana add ring // i have : 10 fcr 120 ar 40 mana 15 fr 1 mdr + 10 fcr 5% ar 105 ar 3 life 39 mana 19 light res 1 l radius
3 hammer 3 conc 10 fcr scepter with steelclash on switch // eth-ed sc vs casters , ith-ed sc vs melee// 2* 12%dtm + mana jewels in 3/3/10 2 soc scepter
3 charge 15%ed 5 soc war scepter + 65%ed 11x ar 4 soc crown shield, both with maxers.
fhr/life/add belt // i have : 10 fhr 40 life 5%replish life 20 mana plated belt lol.

in this way u can reach 75 fcr bp without using fcr belt..
geting 1 pc 10 fcr add circ and amu is not an easy job thoo also 3hammer/3conc/10 fcr 2 soc scepter is a pain to get. i 'm lucky i have them all

this. the dueling pace at lvl 18 allows switching weapons without an issue

Well why not , I prefer it that way.
And will have the same hammer dmg anyway unless you get a 1pc/10fcr/3bh/3conc scepter which is highly unlikely.
Will save you some fcr and some life but I wont change it unless I find a badass fcr scepter.

this. its easier to hit a good fcr bp this way and you can re roll/shop the libby sceptor and just use cleg on swap.

i made a lib and i would deffinitly say focus on life/dmg rather then hitting 78bp

hit 48, then focus rest of attenetion on fhr / dmg / life / ar, but again just my opinion from experience , i didnt pay uber attention to this character
