You need good ar to have the double fire damage take effect.

Bow switch already has 1k+ AR so I don't think it would make much of a difference. I forgot to include info about the bow dealing double the given fire damage .

This is for anyone confused about the "double fire damage":
The Exploding Arrows from the bow itself contains any source of fire damage given from the character, and the actual physical damage part of the arrow damage has both physical damage and fire damage. Both damage is dealt when the exploding part and the physical part of the arrow damage hits at the same time.

you would need to sacrifice a fair amount to get that much mdr unless your lucky to have these all spawn along with other nice mods

shame u cant str/dex glitch the bow for invisible arrows- impossible with any exploding arrow weapons at level 18

It's possible on Necromancers and Sorceresses but it's not worth it.

Back in 1.09, raven claw spawned with level 30 exploding arrows. Currently, it is level 3 exploding arrows (for all 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13)


There is no visible difference in the items. They have the same affixes displayed ingame. Only the damage is different on the skill.
Level 30 exploding arrow adds 259-301 fire damage
Level 3 exploding arrow adds 12-16 fire damage

This builds can easily double its damage just by having this one, essentially impossible to find rare item.

oh and a level 18 zon could do this with the synergy from fire arrow and have 818-915 fire damage on the exploding arrow alone

i daresay a level 18 raven claw zon with a 1.09 bow could be a real menace with maybe 2200 or so damage on a direct hit
even with 75% resists thats more damage than an 18 bone necro with perfect gear
and no mana usage whatsoever

Why Treads of Cthon? Cow King's Boots have the same FRW and it gives you 20 dex and more fire dmg.

Edit: Nice build BTW. Just tested it, pretty powerful.
