Is a plague bearer sword >30? If it is then you might want to look into using that for the flash switch instead of spirit. The problem with SS druids is they aren't amazing in Hld so they probably aren't going to be very good in lld where they have less skill points but are more skill dependant.

cant use plague bearer, req lvl 41, and ive seen some pretty darn good ss druids in lld (paul for one), they just tend to be pretty fucking expensive for pure fury, thats why i wanted to go with more rabies and just have fury as a secondary attack after the bite

Another option would be to go pure rabies with tons of FRW because rabies poison can kill when you get the first hit just start running around them hoping the rabies will kill them quickly.

well thats true, but i dont like the idea of just merely running around, i want to fuck around with fury as well lol, but ill prolly go pure rabies with the ability to fury as well
