lvl 9 has been bm for years look up the rules man it will literally get your account banned

To my knowledge in 1v1 necro can use all curses minus Decrify and iron maiden. In tvt, curses are bm with all the snowflakes we have today...

TY.. Any idea on 1v1 lld 18 allows charges; Inner Sight, Fissure, Teeth, Cloak of shadows, weaken, Bone Spear, Sacrifice, Zeal or Ice Bolt ?

if its chance to cast amp on striking its gm. meaning if its on your weapon with 5% chance to cast.

if its being casted its not allowed, except for at lvl 9 because sac necro can definitely use amp or it would not be able to compete with sac din or jab zon.

if the new d2r rule doesnt allow lv 9 nec to cast amp then sac charge nec is no longer worth playing at all, which i doubt the masses would agree to that being bm, since even with amp being able to be casted by sac necro, lv 9 jab zon still remains supreme in that bracket anyways, so amp on nec cant be that OP or it would do better vs jabber zons.

in lvl 18 and 30 team duels you absolutely cannot just outright cast amplify dmg just because its not hard skilled and its on your wand instead, doesnt work that way. if its 5% chance to cast on striking with like a rare bow or jav, then yeah its allowed. hard casting it is not.
