As someone who's barb requires 8000 calories of ears a day to live, I approve of this message.

Also barb is only seemingly overpowered when you have a very well geared one being played by someone who doesn't make mistakes often.

for tvts:

nec can amp and recast ba

barb can bo team

druids can recast cyclone and have full zoo

cube allowed for all scenarios

Tbh it is annoying having the 15 mastery cap on barb, Everything else is banned
