130 frw on a zon is slower/not the same if a barb has 130 from increased speed skill(just an example) same as sin BOS

I can see what you have done here and I like the idea, however when you think about it.... it is a little silly.

-Barbarian may not use honor

What this means is: if you are rich and own rare erep nagas (that beat honor anyway). You have more of an advantage now. Whereas if you have or want to enter with a budget barb.... don't bother.

I'm on the fence about the bone armor one, however you will have tested it, and I haven't so that's fine.
What kills a nec if they can recast ba?
I can only see a rare erep barb build standing a chance.
I can't see a zon killing them, it's fairly hard to get through walls/ba anyway.
Windy vs nec was always 50/50 (I tested recently with icey).
V.t wouldn't even deal any dmg at all, if they wanted medi (no foh). And smite vs recast ba.... holy tits.

Dual honor just outright kills people. I may allow it on non naga bases in the future.

Necro may receive limited number of recasts/reduced block to make up for this.

Cube buff is allowed if not using SoE.
SoE is allowed if not using cube buff.

Even though I agree fax......if dual honor outright kills people what about erep nagas with 2000+ more dmg per second?

I do love that idea re: honors in other bases!

Edit:
Allowing cube bo without soe, (ik combo gaining 45str and 20dex or so) is more powerful then no cube bo/soe as you gain 1k+ dmg per second and gain more life (that you lost from cube bo anyway).
