I am here to influence you to start trying out some low level duels cause I personally like dueling as long as it's good mannered.

Popular LLD Levels: 9 (minimum), 12, 15, 18, 29, 30 (maximum). Either way, you can choose to be at whatever level you wanna be at as long as it's level 30 or under.
If your char is between (or you accidentally leveled between) level 31 and 49, you are now at mid level duel range, Though many low level duelers, still don't mind dueling characters at these levels.

Tip: Get your level 30 or under char 'g-rushed' all the way through hell mode so that they can get the extra skillpoints, resistances, and attribute points (from key quests) that they need to dominate in the Blood Moor. Although, dueling battlegrounds can be set anywhere.

How do I get 'g-rushed' you ask? All you need is for your character to be under level 30 and to be in hell mode (duh). How do I get past the ancients quest you ask? You actually don't need it... (what?)

How:
As long as at least 1 person in your party is at least level 20 (level 40 is most popular), has the Norm Baal quest still uncompleted, is able to get into the Throne of Destruction (after ancients), then the quest will be completed for all party members, no matter what level everyone else is, to be able to progress into Nightmare Mode.
As long as at least 1 person in your party has the Nightmare Baal quest still uncompleted, and is able to get into the Throne of Destruction (Minimum level 40 or above to be able to complete ancients quest. Level 40 is most popular because they can complete both norm and nightmare Baal quest), then the quest will be completed for all party members, no matter what level everyone else is, to be able to progress into Hell Mode.
Hell Baal is unnecessary and is overkill.

If you want leveling services or g-rushing services, look for them using the "Search" button in the forum, and/or make a post.

Comment if you have a level 40 bumper character and/or do g-rushing services

Game that is almost always open in softcore non-ladder NA: "Low Level Duels" (if it's not open, just create the game yourself with between 21-40 as the level difference - 21 if you are level 30 - 40 if you are level 9 - etc ... if it's full, wait or just find or make another game)
