Has softcore duelers on d2r consider different lvl 30 brackets for dueling?

30, 31-36, 37, 38 - 40

Just a thought- would make dueling and item hunting and combos more diverse and possibly a whole new player base for a larger lld community

9 12 18 25 30 39 and 49 from my memory 39 counted as mld

There was a time where people did 15 as well but mostly everyone who played that bracket just does 18 now.

8, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 29, 30, 31 (oops afkd cs game, dont mind my IK boots), 39, 49, 59

are these numbers picked randomly or according to certain skill levels (12/18/30) or item affixes?

yup, this.

it was mostly items and skills. but also in the old days a failed attempt at balancing the classes. such as pals and sorcs only being allowed level 29 vs others at lvl 30.
