topic! always wanted to do one but not sure if you have to do a hybrid with mb or just pure wof

it was a fringe build in d2
with stun and unblockable kicks, its viable in d2r.

mindblast + wof will work as will wof + dragonflight + kicks.

its very viable in its current form, but there are talks of banning the use of traps and mind blast together (or wof + mb) as there is no wsg to run out of stunlocks.
to be kept in mind before you spend several thousands fg on your lld.

Then you have never dueled be4.

They were super broken even with wsg in d2 , and now with no wsg what so ever they are god tier.

go and duel a few; i think youll change your opinion quite fast

1) wsg was removed so you can stunlock people with traps + mind blast
2) frw desync was removed and screen resolution was increased, so dragon flight is now a much better mobility/chasing tool.
3) all finishers now ignore shield block, weap block, dodge, avoid, and defense (dtalon, dtail, dc, df). so you can easily spread OW with df and you can kill people with 3-4 full kicks.

all that said, we do not have a single fire trapper on d2r yet. we do have plenty of ls trapper & kickers though, both of which are very high tier on d2r.

Feel most trappers I've dueled have been MA right now and less traps is what I meant. Dragon Flight + MB stun is a major problem though.

there arent many trapper players beside me. chum has one but he doesnt duel often (hes the most geared). ive seen some 1 or 2 others, but they havent brought them out more than 2-3 times in the last 2 months. 90% of sins are kickers (using traps to stunlock).

sins were broken when ppl didnt know how to wsg back in like 2008.... when everyone found out how to break fhr/stun lock by repeatedly pressing W, they lose or theyre on even terms with most other classes that you see played...

Yeah lol I cant duel without wsg sadly. D2r like 2-0'd me hard bro. Took out my wsg which I loved to use on like all my characters also my plaguer she was my fav to wsg on. Since I was pure dual javas no bow. And then they got rid of synch so now I can't even play dins which I also love.

Not to mention the skill cap on d2r is legit dueling pure pvmers, which is not even worth playing. I dont mind pvming though I guess fg's way 2 free lol
