I'm looking for some recommendations on item creator/calculators that people use to theorycraft, ideally the tool would:

1. Allow me to create rare items / jewels to see what is possible to drop
2. Ideally the creator would also show the level requirements for the prefix/suffix requirements on jewels and stats on rare items. Understand this information is in the sticky and can be found online but looking for a tool to simplify this.

I used to really enjoy making LLD characters playing this game when I was younger(they were never really too great), with d2r the urge is back. Thanks for the help!

Yeah Maxroll is the first place google will send you but I noticed when creating jewels for example they allow you to create based on available prefix/suffix but don't show clvl of the jewel. Let me know if I'm missing something though

Every1 has a plan to win a duel no1 has a plan when they get fucking massacred. The calculator aint gonna determine your odds in winning duels so no point in using it.

Watch out everyone we got a tough guy over here lol. The idea is to understand the gear the game is capable of creating. Obviously a player without enough experience is still going to get wrecked with a min maxed character that's not the point of this post.

Also fighters actually should be doing some sort of technical analysis on their opponents through watching fights and getting feedback from other coaches outside of their physical training if they want to do everything possible to win.

yes, high level gyms do have analytics involved in their training processes.
