nm cows is perfect area level for 30ias harpoons

also, now that gambling screen is nicer, gamble harpoons on a high level char (a high level char makes it more likely for the throwing spear to upgrade to a harpoon)

Gambling is ur best bet. eth/rep is good but if ur waiting ages to duel til u get them its a bit counterproductive.

not to mention imbuing poon bases.
some go a step further and imbue eth bases.

i dont know the ideal level for them though.
