found a perfect bonesnap

so decide to create a lv 30 charger for fun

just wana prank my friends (lv 80s sorc)

the thing is i either 1 hit kill them

or miss 9 times

so im not lacking damage here i need attack rating

i have angelics ar rings, most of my charms are about AR

but i still feel like i only have 20% chance of hitting

any suggestions to boost AR?

the biggest factor in the hit calculation is level difference, so even if you go apeshit on it you're still not going to have a great hit chance simply due to level difference.

you could try adding hsaru belt & boots if you arent locked in on those slots already for a bit more ar/lvl.

weapon socket is 20ed/15max, armor sockets is 24 max, 15max/15all res, or 15 max 30 single res if one is particularly lacking, and if you're still digging for AR then there is 15 max 60 AR i think

flat ar from charms / jewels etc. is better then fools/visionary mod at level 30 (when fools is over 30). see above post as well.

even at high ar, your chance-to-hit will be around 30-40%.
clvl plays a huge factor in the cth calculation.

make a 39 bowa with harmony. guided arrow bypasses the cth calc.

imagine a faith of harmony in d2r. what a dream. 6fpa at lvl 39. okok idle ramblings.

is breaking the old fpa limit viable at 49 without the faith hybrid? I haven't looked at much, other than the old max fpa isnt a limit anymore

no its not unfortunately. the new 6fpa is only attainable with faith, noting its Fana and Burst of speed that are breaking the known breakpoints.

fury can and probably frenzy can too I bet, I believe it's skill ias in general which is causing the problem.

Might be funny to make a frenzy/berserk hybrid pvm barb now
