so i got a pm asking if a circ with ed AND max would bug with certain jewels

For the record, you can throw in min/max jewels and avoid bug.

to be fair i dont think ive ever seen a circ with good mods and ed AND max, this is a first for me.

and without popping into hero editor im only 95% sure plain maxers will work lol. it makes sense, but i have no damn clue.

i asked the question probably 5 years ago in a strat and guides section thread, "what if has ed and max in a circ", was told it would bug 100% of the time no matter the jewels. but was too lazy to test and hadnt seen one so i dropped it.

i tested it on sp and plain maxers/min dmg jewels worked, but any ed jewel seemed to be buggy

Didnt Boosted have a gg one? Or was it with dex instead of max? Definitely very rare with 2sockets and usable mods.

Plain maxers works for sure, and as Mark said min/maxers will also work! I tested some options myself way back as i had one with ed/max on it aswell. Forgot the result from the testing now ofc.

But still have the circlet and im 100% its not bugged with the 4-13/6dex jewels in there:
