lld = 9-30
mld=49

boots need either 2x 25+ resists and a few good mods or 3x 25+ reisits.

16 res is just far too low and no other good mods except fhr, needs heal stam, mana, dex, etc.

also at MLD not as many builds wear rare boots, because war travs and mana crafted boots can be made as well as decent blood crafted boots.
