heal stam 50%, yes. that mod is rLvl 10.

res, yes. 30% is max.

Fyi, treads of cthon have 30 frw and 50% slower stamina drain, which is better than heal stamina plus.

Also using cow boots give a lot of fire dmg which is bad for mdr bug
