are you 100% sure? I've tried 20 times now and only got 2 pairs with ias and cb but both were level 31.

20 times is not a lot of crafts at all .. lol

The level you craft on and ilvl of the base gloves can affect the crafts.
But yeah hes right. And 20 pairs isnt all that much has stated :p
