from memory, my understanding is i need to be lvl 69 for imbueing lvl 30 weapons and lvl 74 for lvl 49?
can anyone canfirm?

Varies based on base qlvl and desired affixes if Im not mistaken.

Can you list what you are after? Also if you want something for MLD let me know what base.

53-54 for ashwood and 74 for mld shadow

its an ashwood bow's frank
sancarro was unable to operate in EU due to ping (but Candybar and CF could) but my understanding is that the method no longer exists, although i will happily be told that i am wrong on these points.

he was posting other items as well, iirc he had blood boots and a lot of other stuff up. was probably in january or february.

my guess is backstock. he would have been a fool to only make items on order when he's plenty smart enough to predict what people will want.

but with Onair it's best never to doubt what methods he has.

we pm'd him awhile back, idr the exact date, but he was making items... he said he doesnt make on west though cause no one plays :C

yeah and tbh i dont even remember the silent patching dates.

i mainly watch ladder. people spend way too much on ladder items so that's where rollers make bank and i saw no hybrids or godly eth rep BAs or dupe jewel shops. but i only browse.
