What is maximum Life skillers that 49lvl character can use?

I was thinking to start 49 level dueling but character missing.

I think that 49levels are overruled by trapsins, firesoso and bowazon. Right?

Is there any chance to get along with ele druid or javazon?

Any paladin with FoH is top tier with bowa and fire sorc I guess, I don't know MLD rules in eu, but I bet any more than 1 pt to FoH is probably banned

CS zon with a fully mastered legit-FC would be great (does legit FC still work?), otherwise javazon will struggle

Windy will have a very rough time without a hybrid enigma, which I believe is BM

You can make a hybrid plague java/bowa

I looked at eu rules for mld - looks like they cap FoH dmg at 3k. You could make a smiter or charger with 3k foh/conv on swap.

Blizz sorc is fun

Maybe you will find a fury/rabies hybrid fun if you are rich

Any assassin build with mind blast is great for team duels

Necro always fun

You can make anything you want, doesn't have to be top tier..

I dont want to put too much money to funduels. Maybe 100fg cab would be good. But dont know can I do a nice build with low money

100fg is really low even for a pvm char.

try pming rudipk or bonnerf2, they are nice guys and big into MLD on eu, maybe they can hook you up with some ghetto lvl 49 char made from spare parts. If not, they can certainly help you out with builds and advice better than I can.
