If I were to socket a jewel with -15 req after I sock a jewel that has over my level req. will that drop the level req of the jewel before it?

Just in case anyone was still wondering.

-15req only affects stat based reqs. Never levels.

I put this ammy in the cube with a Standard of heroes, the heart of Khalim, wirt's leg, and a Zod rune and it went from lvl 29 down to 22 and messed up all my resistances.

new formula?
