or just glitch heraldic flail on you druid ,

which is 40 ias on a flail. fastest

Horadric axe isn’t bad either since you can socket with up to lvl 13 jewels

It’s not a made up item. If you up the horadric staff it becomes a lvl 5 hand axe with the mods of the staff. Once upped, it can be socketed like any other normal item. Since it’s technically upped you have to account for the lvl of whatever you socket in it +5. There are a few quest items which you can up.
