Is there a list of BM in East?. Or what do people consider BM. Like zealer. Using enchant charge?. From a weapon. Is that BM?. Or Posion dmg.?. Can any one give me some insight.

ethereal items without repair mod
adding more than +1 base to prayer aura on a paladin
using insight runeword in conjunction with ES on a sorceress
overly defensive play to the point of boring duels - hard to enforce
30 replenish life is the limit for any character (although I and many others believe this is far too high - too late to change/care in 2018)
any +max res items are banned (no limit on cold stack)
some tourneys had a limit on PLR of 50%, some tourneys had no limit... so not sure what to say about that but I think a 50% limit is fair.

Don't know if I'm forgetting anything but yeah no insight with ES and no more than 1 into prayer, no +max res items are the main 3 rules

Oh and also double stacking rep auras is not allowed... IE running prayer aura while using an insight. This gives the paladin double heal and is unfair
