13-14 max or 8 min dmg is required for most vlld jewels. Or something like 4-8 min with 9-14 max

as meegz said your jewel can have like 13-14 max, that 7 psn res is a waste

depends entirely on your build

like, a 14 max 40 ar -15 requirement jewel is 50% useless on a kicker. still an optimal jewel for a max dmg based char. and we'd have to get into some math, but its pretty likely that given the option to go with a full max or full min build, the full min build is going to come out ahead most of the time. which would mean than an 8 min 40 ar -15 req is going to be 'better' than the 14 max one, even though they're both optimal rolls

and to get even more complicated mathematically a vlld that's lvl 12 gets a boost in the cth calc so ar becomes slightly less valuable on jewels, especially when combined with the affix for ar on charms being more for a lvl 12 char. at that point it might be better to get dex on the jewels to get more life, equip sigons easier, etc.

in general for a complete noob trying to sell vlld jewels:

enhanced damage AND min or max damage, needs high rolls in the min/max and can only be used in weapons, far less valuable overall

enhanced damage only, needs 19+ for NL, bit less will sell on ladder, but both need good rolls of stats, ar, reqs, def, etc

max, NL needs 12+ with godly stats, 13+ with good stats, 14 sellable. Ladder anything 9+ with good stats.

min, NL needs 8+ good stats, ladder 7+ good stats.

8-14 damage best for non min builds I thought. There's no reason to go strictly max ?
