Viable and do-able?

Doable, easily. Viable, not for 1v1. They are fun for tvt.

You could make a v/t which is more viable but still is weak 1v1.

Would it cost an arm and a leg?

And is there even tvt lld going on anymore.

Foh isn’t too expensive. Finding a decent scepter will suck. Easiest weapon to get is a +3 foh +3 convict 5 socket scepter and dump honor in it. After that a decent +1 circlet and ammy come next. After those it’s a spirit pally shield with res, vipermagi (stashed spirit shroud for cbf), sojs, magefists or frosties, cow kings or sanders, and maybe have a vt switch (strength flail and upped swordback hold) and if no vt stuff use spirit and a scepter with meditation and/or holy shield.

Like most lld builds, charms will be the hardest part. You will need a decent chunk of mana so you can charge to move around and keep up fohing. I had one years ago and had a lot of fun with it. If you only go +skills and not tabs (I liked that more than tabs) you do something like 700-800 foh damage and -105% resists.

it does no damage

the only reason its viable in 4v4 is because you get conviction so real builds get to deal more damage vs people who dont have extra fire res in stash

was just wondering, not saying i'm doing it. Had a thought strike my mind and figured the forum lords who have no lives would know.

You either have to build the char around bm rep & prayer/medi (the butthurt is hilarious when you do this, not gonna lie) or you build it as a charge/foh (c/t). v/t is far too weak, especially compared to the work you can do with charge. you trade having one bad matchup (charge vs a barb is super bad) for having significantly increased chance of winning against everyone else. not to mention, you can still use smite for the swirls, its just a lot harder to get the timing right since you aren't swinging as fast.
