So if I str glitch boots that add strength will they still be glitched or self equiped?

Say I only need 38 max str (I could use 2x lcs 1x gc to glitch sanders boots) would they still be glitched or not?

Base str of 15 or 20 +5 of sanders is >18str req of sanders

Sorc maybe with 10str can add 2 hard str for 12 visible +5 sanders
Then get rest of str from inventory(not worth it)
