Following on from Textbooks excellent topic located here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=72077234&f=143 and due to overwhelming popular demand, I am hosting a new LvL 30 Tournament. The rules are below, hopefully there is nothing in there that scares anyone (!). We need a minimum number of 8 players to bring this forward. As with previous tournaments it will be all vs all in a group stage, with the top% advancing to a KO Phase. The size of the group stage is contingent on the number of entrants of course. The tournament will start as soon as we have 8 players and registration will end 1 week after the first duel takes place.

no dr allowed for a smiter vs barb? or only applys to libbys?

pure smiter isn't viable enough to be made an exception for, therefor the rule applies to all paladins.

Quick question- and sorry to all, hate to talk about rules in tour topics.
You ever lost to a smiter with lvl 30 barb (when smiter is using 15%dr)? I havent, if a smiter uses 0 dr it stands no chance.
obviously im guessing ferdi will have tested the rule so np, but i just thought it was a little strange as my barbs havent even been item lame in the past either.

No one plays charge/smite anymore? What has the game come too Back in the day a good 30-40% of chars were this type.

for the sake of shortness and simplicity, chars deemed not viable are not considered by the rules.
should a pure smiter meet a barb they can agree on 15%dr.

%slow too powerful vs melee, as is amp. happy to open CTC up to debate in TvT though, but slow was always banned.

As with the MLD Tournament, Players may register with as many characters as they wish. too lazy to pm everyone, if your registered, and you read this, please post confirmation your aware of this.

if i can recover pw to it, my second char will be necro, otherwise it's barb.

regarding ctcamp in tvt: i could see it be balanced vs teams including sorc, but other than that: no (and i'm not fond of forcing people to get 2 bows/javs).
