21st MLD 1v1 Tournament

Following on from previous Tournaments and due to (semi!) popular demand, im starting another MLD Tournament. Minimum number of players needed here is 8.

New Rules !
Several players have come to me and have expressly asked for a few rule changes. Due to the ever decreasing population, I see this as an opportunity to adapt (or die!). On that note, I have made some pretty fundamental changes to the rules, including allowing certain builds, and classes, to level to 59. On a basic level the changes are:

1. A nerf on Bowa's, Blizz and VT's
2. A buff for Assassins, Druids and the Builds ~ Java & Smiter

Those of you that I have shared with in the past just drop me a pm or post in the topic if you want character access. I would ideally see people looking to try out the new 59's (which I will make available on request, as I have 2 Java's, 2 Assassins and 2 Druids, nevermind every other build).

GM Tournament: Please remember that this is a community event and the overarching themes here are: 1. Play Nice - Be Polite, even if your opponent is not. No goading or gloating. 2. No Def Whoring and above all, be reasonable. 3. Have Fun and 4. Contribute to the tournament in a positive manner. No match fixing either. I know everyone wants to win, but there can be only one. There is a right way and a wrong way to win though, so please bear in mind: Def/BM play will not be tolerated and if I am called to referee a duel, I will come down on the player that is being negative either in tone or in play style. If you are faster then your opponent and simply refuse to engage, you may be TKO’d. (I expect sorc's to be predominantly in-screen vs Barbs, Java's and Druids for example). I will host a 1 day TvT tournament during this tournament (probably a 2v2).

ps I think I covered everything off in the new rules, if i got something completely wrong i will adjust and adabt before the tour starts. i extensively tested telecharges but there is simply no appetitie for them and it makes certain matches too imbalanced for me to run with it.

ps the only matchup i was unable to test over the last month was VT vs Java, i might have to revisit that before the tour starts.
