suggestions:

- 12-15 life repl for palas and sorcs
- 15 life repl for ranged (except fissure)
- 22 life repl for non ranged

- ban vigor charge

- ban fire golem in certain situations

- max 75 fire res on all chars (currently nec, druid and barb may use more vs fb/fw)

- changing the group stage point system:
5-0 = 5 pts
5-x = 4 pts
4-5 = 2 pts
3-5 = 2 pts
2-5 = 1 pt
1-5 = 1 pt

yea, the less rep the more exciting the duel imo. anyways rep is needed (at least 12 to not ban peasant).
less rep on sorcs and palas since those are the fastest chars (charge, tele) that could defwhore to repl. next would be ranged and last are non ranged.
