It is logical to assume somebody will use hacks and 3rd party shit or anything which isnt considered gm just to win a duel if earlier he was mad enough about d2 to stole items/fg

there are also scammers that scammed for having the cool tag, they arent always criminal, sometimes they only steal an arach for 30 fg and report themselves

perserkerpvp scammed in patch .09 over seven years ago. We should NOT let him play in lld sanctioned games because people do not change over time, especially in their mid teens to mid twenties. That and the fact that we NEED to create a sense ownership over something that we don't own one part of.

Edit: in all reality it was either octo or another one of the euros that came to east on one of our guest characters and started spamming about dwerfs and perz being scammers in long time ago patches.

so the relation between hacks using and being a scammer is invalid unless it's proven with a vid
