its a very average smiter scepter

I advise you to make a level 30 smiter

he will need an amulet, some rings, a shield, armor and a few other things

Ideal would be +2 pcomb, +30 ias 2OS flail. Or, +2 pcomb, +3 fanat, 30 ias, 2OS war or divine scepter (divine = better charge dmg, war = smiter only for less str req)

5% amp is gonna get you nowhere

this is a 3 fana WS.

5% amp actually goes a long way on a smiter LOOSIVE!



Ideal magic scepter would be, IMO, +2 pcomb/+3 fanat/+3 Holy Shield/ctc amp/2Os war scepter (for pure smiter). Rares, of course, can be even better.
