I can wear it on my level 30 sorc fine and it says lvl25 req but when I tried to use it on my Sin, and others (all lvl 30) the requirement changes to 36!?

what bullshit is this? Traded for this a while back so any refunds are out of question. Was gonna use for 2-3 other chars but i guess I can only use it for a sorc...

I'm not at all sure, maybe its the charges on the item that offset the level req? Weird lol

oh my bad, thought the og poster was saying that if the charges were repaired, the lvl req would change back. pure hopium. What you say makes sense lvl 12 sorc skill and 36clevel for nova on shields. oh well, ty guise
