hey i am new to d4 and i need the SHROUD OF FALSE DEATH and what do you mean by ''make sure you have your 2 resplendent sparks.'' you have some kind of way to guarantee that the shroud of false death will drop ?

you get resplendant spark from either crushing useless mythics or rewards from season journey, lilith first kill season

and do i have 100% chance to drop the shroud of false death ?
