Hey, Welcome to Diablo 4, is very fun game
No to the point. I don't think someone will give you the shako
and will carry you all the way from 40 to 100 and all that stuff you wrote down on one go, its simply too much work for one man
I think you should follow that steps:
1. Find a capstone boosters. so you can go to Torment.
2. FInd level boosters. You can do that in many ways. FG per level, fg per NIghtmare dungeon run or fg per pit run - My opinion here is you go to Nightmare dungeons with someone and you go collects gold, items glyphs etc.
3. When you reach level 80/90 - Check what is the PIT, you make sure you can enter the pit and then find someone to carry you in pit runs, like 20 or 30 runs on good high level, so you can have your materials for later, I would say someone who can run 80+ pits. Do this to level 100.
4. When you reach level 100, sort your gear completly, you can read that in internet. there is many guids. So you sort your gear, your gems, tempering, masterwork as much as you can.
5. Attend helltide even boss, every helltide event have a boss which always is up, due to players always sitting there and starting the event. you can sit there and farm the wolfs reputation and mats for your gear. The goal here is to get one spark for your 'shako'
6. Find boosters for tormented bosses andariel, duriel and lilith uber, they all drop one spark too.
7. You need 4 sparks and 50 mil gold to craft the shako from the alchemist vendor, if don't drop on any of the above runs.
