Couple of my buddies suggested playing this game, currently i'm on my Iphone.. cause my computer is broken, so just looking to get some info on the game before I get my computer back :).

If some of you could give me some Pros and Cons on gameplay that would be great..

Is the game popular?

Do lots of people hack/spam?

Are some items only available via credit card?

Are some items only available via credit card? Vindictus uses NX points and you can buy them with credit card of course. It lets you buy some good stuff which you need to make good gears

Can you get the same items using in game gold, or are items bought using Nx superior?

with nexon you can purchase like ehancement runes, avatar / hair shop items / extra drop (luck) / godsess of grace (revive) / surprise (random item) and stuff like that

the actual gears you will either have to craft on your own or buy it with gold

I like this game. Compared to most mmorpgs you would have to pay an incredible amount of money to actually obtain decent items but this game is pretty lenient with the enhancements. And unlike other mmos this game stresses physics mechanics moreso than any other mmo I've played. (A lot of grabbing, smashing, tearing down stuff, and boss locks (if your Karok). Also if your Fiona, you really get a upclose combat experience.

Overall very different from other mmos and a definite must try.

It's basically a mod of the source engine. I think the frostbite engine is better but its still fun to play.

Not familiar and just playing for the game right now, will get more serious later on, not worried about things like item shop stuff or w/e as most you can just get here on jsp with fg if anyone is around that plays, and there usually always is.
