I'm a 63 spear Lann, and can solo most missions in Colhen, if not all. I'm willing to help rush someone through battles they can get to, or duo Hidden a bunch of times to level you up. Prices can be negotiated upon each request, and I can be payed with fg or in-game gold.

Just did my first one of these in-game. Got someone from 44-50 doing Hidden duo on hard.

doesn't hard mode and normal mode give same exp?

I think there's a small bonus to experience, but bosses on hard have less health so the runs are faster. Also, hard drops an additional core, so you get more drops in less time.
