I dont understand why your buying these swords, there like lvl 20, and if you cant solo decisive battle your probably around lvl 10.
You should wait mate.

Thats odd cuz the mats for it are in kobold chief mission which is like lvl 19 lol.

Well game says its lvl 12.
If they are lvl 12, highest ATT weapon atm.

They are level 12.
