Has anyone ever experienced back pain in cars with sports seats or bucket seats, did you experience any discomfort or back pain and what did you do to fix it?

i rode in my friend's car that had them for 1hour and holy fuck all i wanted to do was pull my legs out of my hips. there was just so much tension from the hips up to the upper ass area.
no clue how people sit in those cars for over 15min a day
