Have a problem with my 95 civic B series.
Recently had a b18b and lsd type R tranny shipped from japan (under 50k miles on both) for my weekend warrior civic.

Had the slave cylinder go bad last night, thought it was going to be an easy fix.

Installed new slave, bleed the slave. (open, pedal down, close, pedal up, repeat.)

It will build pressure back, but every 4th or 5th pump the pedal goes soft for 2-3 pumps. (with the bleed nut tightened)

Just seems no matter how many times i bleed it will always go soft after a few pumps.

Thinking i might try vacuum bleeding or the slave is bad?

sounds like air in the system. are you losing fluid anywhere and does the clutch pedal come back on its own or do you have to rebleed to get your clutch back?

it could be the slave too. is the slave jdm too or is it your factory one that was already on your car?
