Personally, I love the engine note of the S5. The body is a little more plasticky than the newer RS4s and 5s. Problem with the motor, it's a five thousand dollar timing chain job, and earlier models were known to have shit tensioners, which caused failure. So unless you have an extra couple grand kicking it, for inital, emergency repairs, I'd go with the Caddy, which is much more user/USA friendly. I voted S5 though.
