Hi, I have a 2003 Chevy impala and every time I go to fuel it takes about 10-15 minutes to fill. It clicks off after every 20-30 cents like it's full causing me to reapply the trigger. Sometimes it even shoots back out the tank. What do you guys think could be the issue?

Plugged evap line, evap filter, charcoal canister etc. I'm not familiar with the system on that car. The evap system is how the tank equalized pressure while you are pumping fuel.

probably gonna be the charcoal canister for the gas tank is clogged up. it should be somewhere around the left rear wheel i believe. it should be right with the purge valve and stuff i think. i had to change the purge valve on my equinox and its really easy to get to so that charcoal canister should be easy also.

We used to take hose clamps and get people in highschool. Was funny as fuck. All you need to do is knock it down about half way and the pumps will kick off non stop.

My buddy got me with that one. Fucker had two dozen zip ties strapped all over the driveshaft.

Felt like it was about to come through the floor boards.

The stick on wheel weights also do wonders. a good 10 oz on a front wheel will ensure it turns into 8 second bull ride at about 35 mph
