that color is "Moonlight White" and is what you are looking for. the ebay linked donor parts are from a moonlight white 2014 infiniti q50. that should be an exact color match for your car.

this took like 10 minutes of googling to find your picture in a thread on infinitiq50.org stating that color is moonlight white.

the ONLY factory white they offered in 2014 and 2015 was Moonlight White Pearl, so unless you bought a car that was custom painted then yes thats your guy
