My car is un-driftable.

Same here unfortunately... Skinnies up front and slicks in the back usually don't turn very well.

drifting and AWD car around the track is somewhat stupid, and expensive in repairs.

So no.


But I can see it being VERY fun.

Yea, you may run into a bit of under steer issues lol. Probably works a bit better in a straight line.



Yeaa well ya know, you could always disconnect your front cv shafts and weld the diff lol

The tire/suspension setup on my vette is more road course than anything.


It's the 850whp from a procharger that will kill you. When the bypass valve opens and shuts you get a 300-500whp power swing. I imagine trying to hold a drift would be suicide. It does AMAZING 100mph rolling burnouts though.

Unless the road is great it's almost guaranteed to need to be pedaled through 3rd which hits about 110. I've had it break loose suddenly near the top of 4th which is 130-140. It likes to do the C5 wiggle then it hooks up and goes.

does using the e brake in an empty parking lot filled with snow count as drifting?

as much as any one that does it at those formula w/e shows
