Trickle charge the battery back up and load test it. Pull the alternator and have it tested. 99% the alternator is fried. Everything on an EFI car runs on 0-5v and 12v signals. When you drop below 11.5v the computer thinks every sensor on the car is bad and it throws all kinds of crazy codes. When you get a string like that it is usually the first code that is the problem and the rest are triggered by it. In your case it is low battery voltage.

yeah, this is alternator for sure. test it anyway to make sure, but like 99.99%.
Y'all have to remember this is a Chrysler product. While an alternator still is possible, I would start with the battery. If a battery even starts to get weak in these it can raise all kinds of hell.
Hell, in my '14 mega cab I had one battery that was getting weak that I didn't know about. Drove it to work like nothing was wrong. Went to go home and didn't make it out of the parking lot before it threw up the christmas tree, went into limp mode, and then shut off. Alternator never dropped bellow 14V the entire time.
