Just bought my first performance ish car. I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with the 4B11's. I'd like to squeeze out an extra 100 whp and from what I've read that's pretty easy with piping and a tune.

I would kill to concrete my entire fucking yard. Would not bother me one bit. The most recent house we bought in Northwest Houston (fairfield area) has been bitching because my front yard doesn't have enough sqft of grass. (It's basically all flower beds and rock garden because i hate mowing)

The city I live in is actually offering reimbursement if you remove part of your lawn to save on water.

I think you just have to maintain 20% or so.
