Just took my summer car out, didnt run for 5months

When i cameback home i opened the hood and looked at my engine just for fun

noticed my crank pulley was wobbling ...

Theres no weird sound or anything, the engine rev normal, so idk if my crankshaft is the problem, and i doubt it

i read on some forums that my pulley is made in 2parts, and it has a rubber, which stops the vibrations from the rotating assembly, also known as engine harmonics

Do you think my rubber would be broken and now the vibration is transfered into the pully instead of the <harmonic damper>

The rubber dampening part can deteriorate and separate over time, I would replace it of course but make sure you have the right tools to do so. On my NSX this is a big problem because the rubber will destroy the timing belt and eventually kill the engine when the Pistons slap the valves. I replaced with an ATI fluid damper but if you don't wish to spend that kind of money go for a replacement oem part.

And also i need to replace my timingbelt because in at 130k kilometers, does it have a link with this problem?

Both are separate issues, however I would replace both while you have it apart. Also consider your water pump since it's probably in the same general area.

Yea, got the timing belt and water pump at home
Can i still run the car to the garage though ? Or its risky

The garage is like at 15min from home

I think it would make it but that's obv a risk you would have to take.

as long as you dont race it to your garage you'll be fine.
