RIP in pieces

I have similsr damage on my car and it would have cost nearly 1k to fix it

Just buy a new bumper for a few hundreds

people are telling me to boil hot water and push it out, debating

and i doubt mine will be that much its not that bad

Heat gun, or a hair dryer will sometimes soften the plastic to allow it to reshape to its original form. Just, obviously, be careful not to bubble paint. If it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for the paint.


Plastic has a hell of a memory, so a lot of the time they will actually pop right out. At least the majority.

Youre probably out of luck. Looks like the bumper and quarter panel arent lined up which is likely going to stay that way even if you can pop out the dent. You can probably improve it, but i doubt you can come close to actually fixing it.

You can ghetto fix it with a heat gun and hope for the best

Ive also seen it done with hot water, you have to press it out from the inside though dont just melt the shit lol
