but I wouldn't just throw a cam in a stock motor I would do other things first

Performance wise there isn't much of a gain there. The VVT gives you most of the gains of aftermarket cams. It's. It worth the decrease in drivability imo.

Sadly it is lol. We keep the 3m VHB on hand in the shop all the time. the 1" by 36yd roll is 140 bucks...

Shit works wonders though

Intake header (highflow cats or no cats) exhaust, tune should be done before cams and then a retune
