I currently have 4 run flat tires. two are pretty bald (1mm each)

I can have the dealership replace them for 244 each (best quote surprisingly)

Went to check out Les Schwab, they have the run flats (similar model) for around 233 each, the exact same ones for 299 each (because they don't buy those in bulk)

The guy I talked to suggested to get off the run flats boat and install 4 new tires (674.96 total) - 40k miles guaranteed or their best tires that aren't run flats at 753.08 total (50k guaranteed)

Should I stick with replacing my two runflat tires for around 500, or pay an extra 200 and get the non -run flats but all 4? or should i get two run flats, wait til they are all worn down, then go to the new set of non-run flats in a couple of years?

fuck run flats, waste of money. Don't hook as good and cost a shit ton more to replace.

so just throw away the perfectly good 2 and get out right now? I would but it's 200 more dollars and I'm a bit strapped for cash as I think I need to replace my breaks too.

save the 2 good ones in case. put one on the spare (unless your spare is a donut).

My mom has run flats on her Impala and they are legit, i wish my car had them

these 328's don't have a spare. That's why they get runflats from the factory.
